- Will my telephone number change?
- No, you’ll keep the same number.
- Will I notice a change in my service?
- There will be no change to your phone service, if you call using the 1363 code just carry on using it, when you move to Talk Saver you’ll get even cheaper rates.
- Will it cost me more?

- How can I contact TalkTalk?
- You can call Customer Services on 0800 0316 100. Lines are open 9am to 9pm, Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 6pm Weekends and Bank Holidays.
- I pay by DD, does that mean I need to set up a new DD?
- No, your Direct Debit change automatically, you’ll see your new bill payment listed as ‘OneTel Ltd’ on your bank statement.
- Will there be a change to my payment method?
- No, but if you pay by Cash, Cheque or Giro you should look our for new payment details on your new Talk Saver bill.
- Why am I moving to TalkTalk?
- Your current phone service is provided by one of our subsidiary companies. We’re moving these customers to a TalkTalk call plan as we can offer the majority even bigger savings.
- Will I be better off?
- Most customers should see savings over their old call plan. TalkTalk are one of the UK’s biggest phone and broadband companies, which also means you’ll have access to a wide range of great value home phone and broadband packages.
- Can I change to another TalkTalk call plan?
- When you’ve moved over to Talk Saver call our Customer Service Team on 0800 0316 100, they’ll be happy to discuss your options. We’ve got a several packages to choose from, they’re all great value.
- What date will I be moving over to Talk Saver?
- The date you’ll move to Talk Saver is on your notification letter.
- Can my billing date remain the same?
- Please see your next bill for any changes to your billing date.
- The new rates I have, are they likely to go up in price soon?
- There are no current plans to increase charges, although they will be subject to the VAT change to 17.5% on 1st January 2010. TalkTalk always seek to give competitive rates.
- How will I know when it has changed over?
- Refer to customer letter. First bill after this date will be in new format & subject to new tariff.
- Will my phone be out of action when it transfers over?
- No, there will be no impact on your ability to make calls.
